Allow thermal exchange between nodal surfaces via convective links

Expose new parametric structural loads for multistep analyses (incl. transient). Supported loads include Force, Pressure, Moment, and Displacement.

Export results into ASCII format. Files txt are generated including all wanted results organized in columns
